Originally posted on my blog and born of a quick “I wonder what happens if I plug my MacBook Pro into this mixing desk’s USB port” idea - we have since recorded each weekly Open Mic Night at The Fawcett Inn and live bands and have subsequently gone to fortnightly Open Mic Nights. The first Wednesday of the month is a ‘lite’ Open Mic with no drums and not recorded whilst the third Wednesday has the house drum kit and new material and new bands are recorded. Any other Wednesday is Open DJ Night.
